From first look to loading your equipment — here’s exactly how a BidWorx auction goes, start to finish.

Preview & Register
Browse upcoming lots anytime on our All Lots page, then register once on BidSpotter — you must be registered there before you can place a bid.

View In Person
Viewing windows are every Tuesday before the auction, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at our pickup locations. Walk the lots, inspect equipment up close, and ask our team questions before you bid.

Bid Online
Auctions run every Thursday at 1:00 PM EST on BidSpotter. Lots begin closing at that time, so get your bids in early — this is a timed online auction, not a live call.

Schedule Pickup
Schedule your pickup with our BidSpotter support team directly — support@bidworx.com.
